FeelMore™ classes are all about showing up and meeting yourself where you are. Start: Grounding breathwork

Each class begins with grounding breathwork to help you leave distractions behind and bring your full attention to the present moment — so you can fully enjoy and get the most from your practice.

Main: Layered movement

Next, we combine functional exercises that improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. The movements are layered for gradual progression, allowing you to explore challenge where it feels right. 

Close: Guided meditation

We finish with a calming meditation that allows your body and mind to absorb the full benefits of your practice. Perfect for stress relief and energy restoration, this peaceful closing helps you integrate your practice and leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
